Star-stud film festival recently in Cannes bring Cannes to the focus of global fashionists, each of who get loins to peek into the secret of being chic from bunches of celebs. But why must we fight fiercely just to be shocked by some tacky taste and poor performance on the red carpet? I haven't bought the nonsense that the on-the-spot panoply parade is definately stronger than the spark of streetchic outside Cannes.
